MI8: The Final Reckoning
On the occasion of the 78th edition of Cannes Film Festival and in partnership with the public relations agency FroggyBee, our Print and Digital experts have supported Paramount and Tom Cruise by creating a spectacular installation in the Carlton gardens to promote the film MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE: THE FINAL RECKONING.

Mission accomplished in Cannes
Froggy Bee has given us a new challenge:
«Your mission, should you choose to accept it: create an event podium topped with a deconstructed XXL LED screen made up of 140 LED panels ensuring ultra-high-definition 4K video playback, a relief-based staging on 9 distinct levels, as well as full cladding of the entire structure, all assembled in less than 7 days!»
Mission accepted. And brilliantly executed.
Expectations
To add impact to the trailer launch, our digital signage experts designed and implemented creative dynamic displays using perfectly synchronised, deconstructed screens.
As this event installation is being set up in a high-traffic location, the gardens of the prestigious and iconic Hôtel Carlton, we have designed bespoke metal components to ensure the overall stability of the structure, with regulatory safety approval.
We have completely clad the structure with matte black Dibond panels, black-backed recycled fabric, and linoleum, all printed and cut in our workshops. Finally, our display department created polystyrene lettering featuring the blockbuster's title, topped with the star's name, placed in front of the stage.
A meticulously planned 360° campaign that blends creativity, engineering, visual appeal and emotion.
We also ensured the reuse of wood, OSB, and Dibond panels which will be recovered at the end of the festival by our committed partner. GreenBee, offering a second life to event materials for local organisations involved in the social and solidarity economy and ecological transition. This year, the Associations Entraides Cannes and La Tricyclette, a sustainable design agency specialising in upcycling, will benefit from the materials.
