Notre-Dame de Paris in VR
A superb virtual reality exhibition, "ÉEternal Notre-Dame", has opened under the parvis of Notre-Dame de Paris. It offers visitors an immersive and unforgettable experience of the history and architecture of one of the world's most famous cathedrals.
The immersive exhibition
Thanks to this cutting-edge technology, visitors can explore Notre-Dame like never before, visiting normally inaccessible areas, learning about the building's history, and admiring its interior and exterior beauty. Equipped with VR headsets, participants can move virtually inside the cathedral and admire its most remarkable features in detail.
Visitors can also see how the cathedral has evolved over the centuries, discovering the different stages of its construction, its restorations, and its additions over time.
The exhibition also revisits the terrible fire that affected the monument in 2019 and shows the restoration work currently underway.
The Contractors and Amacio Productions We have been commissioned to provide the signage and branding for the entire venue.

Expectations
The Contractors and Amaclio Productions contacted us to create the signage and dress the various rooms of the exhibition (entrance, onboarding space, VR space...).
The challenge of this project was to be able to print and install materials that would withstand the humidity and cold of an underground environment in winter. Our experts were able to advise our clients in selecting particularly resistant materials.
Next, we printed over 2,000 m² of material to dress the entire site. Exterior and interior signage, exhibition rooms, onboarding area, VR space... an impressive area to cover within a very tight deadline!
Appointed by our client, the immersive space has been entirely covered from floor to ceiling with wall canvas and linoleum printed in our workshops. An important detail: as visitors were moving around in a totally virtual world, markers present on the visuals prevented them from injuring themselves.
All of the sets and signage were installed entirely by our in-house teams.
