Construction of a temporary exhibition space for the VinFAST IRONMAN Championship
Between Vietnamese tradition & automotive innovation
In September, Nice hosted the VinFAST IRONMAN Championship, bringing together triathletes from across the globe. At the heart of the event is the IRONMAN Village, a lively space featuring stands, products, and exhibitors, including the iconic stand VinFast, official partner of this race for over two years.
The car manufacturer offered a unique experience blending tradition and innovation, mirroring the athletic spirit that fuelled this memorable event!
Expectations
The agency WMH PROJECT entrusted us with the creation of the Vinfast space. Exhibit Group mobilised all its talents, ensuring the construction of a high-quality, temporary outdoor exhibition space.
The aim was to highlight the constructor's Vietnamese roots while conveying a resolutely modern image, mirroring the brand's innovative cars.
To bring our client's innovative ideas to life within a limited assembly time, we hit the gas and pooled our carpentry, digital printing, video, and POS super-powers to realise this project.
To bring an authentic Vietnamese touch to this space of over 200 m², we created a UV-printed floor on linoleum that recalls the rice paddies of Vinfast's country of origin.
On the technology side, the 6 x 3.50 m transparent LED screen stands out as the key element of the stand, bringing dynamism and transparency to the visual experience.
The timber structure, produced in our workshops, completes this ensemble, ensuring a cohesive and all-encompassing visual appeal for the stand.
